On August 3, 2026, between 20:45 and 21:25 UTC, the Store API service experienced degraded performance. During this period, users may have observed elevated response times or timeouts when calling certain Store API methods, which could result in slower loading of store-related pages and purchase flows.

The issue has been fully resolved, and the service is operating normally. We are continuing to monitor the service and are investigating the root cause to prevent recurrence.
