Window: Wednesday, July 8, 2026, 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM Pacific Time — 2 Hours
Within the maintenance window, there will be three brief periods where services may be interrupted:
Interruption 1 - approximately 10:05 PM - 10:15 PM PT: Payments might be temporarily unavailable.
Interruption 2 - approximately 10:45 PM - 10:55 PM PT: store.xsolla.com (IGS) might be temporarily unavailable.
Interruption 3 - approximately 11:15 PM - 11:25 PM PT: All services might be temporarily unavailable, except store.xsolla.com (IGS).
Outside of these periods, services will remain operational. Rollback plans are in place should they be needed. In the unlikely event that a rollback is required, there may be an additional period of up to 15 minutes of service interruption within the maintenance window.
We will send a reminder notification and provide real-time status updates during the window via our Status Page.
Reason: Infrastructure updates to improve platform performance, stability, and resilience.
