Hi,
We are writing to inform you of a scheduled maintenance window on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 10PM PT. This is our final planned maintenance of the year, and is part of ongoing work to further enhance and optimize our platform infrastructure ahead of the holiday season.

Date: Monday, November 2, 2026
Time: 10:00 PM - 10:30 PM PT
Total window: 30 minutes
Within the maintenance window, there will be one brief period where services may be interrupted:
Interruption window - approximately 10:05 PM – 10:15 PM PT (up to 10 minutes)
During this interruption window, Web Shop purchasing (Shop Builder and In-Game Store / store.xsolla.com) may be temporarily unavailable. Players will still be able to browse the store catalogue, but will not be able to add items to their cart or proceed to checkout.
Who is affected
Partners using Web Shop (Shop Builder and/or In-Game Store) may experience the interruption described above. Players purchasing through a Web Shop will not be able to complete the flow to reach Pay Station during this period.
Partners using Pay Station directly via simple checkout (Payments only) will not be affected.
Outside of this period, services will remain operational. We will send a reminder notification and provide real-time status updates during the window via our Status Page. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your account manager.
