Between 18th of May 2024, at 9:20 PM PT, and 10:16 AM PT on the 19th of May 2024, Xsolla's services were partially unavailable. This service interruption was caused by technical difficulties encountered by one of Xsolla’s backbone internet service providers.
More specific timeline:
9:20 PM May 18th to 8:04 AM May 19th - No noticeable impact on users.
8:04 AM May 19th to 10:16 AM May 19th - Gradual appearance of small degradation of external traffic.
9:40 AM May 19th to 9:43 AM May 19th and 9:56 AM May 19th to 10:03 AM May 19th - Severe degradation of external traffic, users may receive timeouts from Xsolla services.
