On November 26, 2024, from 01:40:34 PST to 01:42:34 PST, and from 02:01:34 PST to 02:05:34 PST our users and partners may have experienced network timeouts due to issues with the network channels on our backbone provider in the US west coast region, which impacted connection to Xsolla services. This resulted in intermittent disruptions to service availability.
