On October 16, 2025, from 5:42 AM PT to 6:19 AM PT, payments were authorized but did not progress to completion. Affected customers saw pending charges without order confirmations, and no payment webhook notifications were sent. After the issue was resolved, all pending payments were successfully completed, and the corresponding webhook notifications were delivered.
